Paddy Tilli

Paddy Tilli entered the real estate world in 2017 as a driven 20-year-old and quickly made his mark. After four years working in a support role, he went solo in 2021, closing an impressive 75 deals in his first year. By the end of that year, he expanded his team, and together they achieved 100 sales in the 2022-2023 financial year. Recognised for his hard work and success, Paddy was named one of the top 50 agents in Victoria by the REA Excellence Awards in 2023 – 2024  for both total value sales and most properties sold.

What sets Paddy apart is his ability to connect with anyone and his focus on genuine, long-term relationships. He thrives on being street-smart, adaptable, and always ready to read the play. Whether it’s guiding clients through a challenging deal or ensuring the process is seamless, Paddy has their back from start to finish.

Living in Ascot Vale with his partner Cassie and their groodle, Tex, Paddy enjoys spending time with family and friends. He keeps fit with a love for surfing and has recently taken up golf—while still perfecting his game, he’s already hooked. Weekends often see him at the coast or cheering on his beloved Collingwood Football Club. And while he may drive a Toyota LandCruiser 78 Series (Troopy)—arguably the least “real estate agent” car you can think of—his results speak for themselves.
