What You’ll Do

Filming

• Shoot premium property films and social reels.
• Capture cinematic movement using gimbal/handheld techniques.
• Film interiors with controlled movement, intentional pacing, and natural-light balance.
• Shoot drone aerials for architectural context and coastal/urban positioning.
• Capture lifestyle, area, and ambience shots that support the WHITEFOX aesthetic.
• Record clean on-location audio when required (agents, lifestyle, ambience).

On-Set Execution

• Interpret and execute shoot briefs with initiative.
• Work solo or alongside agents, adapting quickly to each property’s needs.
• Direct simple lifestyle moments to elevate storytelling.
• Ensure footage is clean, stable, well-lit, and visually consistent across projects.

Collaboration

• Work with the CMO + media team to maintain brand consistency.
• Provide input on shot lists, movement styles, and new filming techniques.
• Maintain a calm, professional presence on shoots with clients and vendors.
  

Skills & Experience Required

Technical

• Strong experience shooting interiors, exteriors, and lifestyle content.
• Confident working with gimbal workflows.
• Drone licence and aerial filming experience.
• Strong understanding of lighting, exposure, composition, and mixed-light interiors.
• Comfortable capturing clean dialogue or on-location audio when needed.
  

Creative

• Strong visual instincts — composition, pacing, rhythm, emotional tone.
• Ability to maintain WHITEFOX’s premium, cinematic aesthetic.
• Accurate colour judgement on set, especially interiors + skin tones.
• Ability to elevate simple spaces through framing, movement, and natural light.

Operational & Workflow

• Able to manage multiple shoots with competing deadlines.
• Works fast while maintaining polish.
• Reliable, consistent, and detail-focused.
• Keeps gear organised, charged, and shoot-ready at all times.
  

Nice to Have

• Experience in real estate, architecture, design, or premium lifestyle content.
• Understanding of how footage translates into short-form social content.
• Ability to propose new shooting styles or techniques that elevate the brand.
